Our studio’s name, Ahaliba, comes from one of the Hebrew names for Jerusalem, a city with a special place in Jewish history and spirit. We chose this name because it reflects our dream to shine a light on Jewish perspectives of historical stories, just as the verse says, “From Zion shall go forth the Torah and the word of the Lord from Jerusalem.” From our home in this sacred city, we aim to share these timeless tales with the world, bringing their wisdom and wonder to life through animation.
