These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Site, including all content, services, and products offered, such as buying early bird tickets for our upcoming animated film, Breaking Out of Egypt. By accessing or using the Site, you (“you,” “user,” or “customer”) agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree, please refrain from using the Site.

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Ahaliba Studio. Your continued use of the Site, including browsing, purchasing tickets, or submitting information, signifies your acceptance of these Terms and any updates posted herein. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time, with changes effective upon posting. You must review these Terms periodically—your ongoing use after updates implies consent.

2. Eligibility

You must be 13 years old to use the Site or purchase products. If you’re under 18, you must have parental or guardian consent to engage with the Site or make purchases. Using the Site, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements and that all information you provide is accurate, current, and complete.

3. Use of the Site

• Permitted Use: The Site is intended for personal, non-commercial use to explore our animated film offerings, purchase early bird tickets, and engage with related content. You may not use the Site for any unlawful purpose, to infringe on intellectual property rights, or to disrupt its functionality (e.g., through hacking, viruses, or excessive automated requests).
• Account Creation: Purchasing tickets requires creating a personal account. You’re responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and all activities under your account. Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized use.
• Restrictions: You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from the Site’s content without our written consent. Scraping, data mining, or harvesting user information is strictly prohibited.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site—including text, graphics, animations, logos, scripts, and designs—is the exclusive property of Ahaliba Studio or its licensors, protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. 5. Product Offerings: Early Bird Tickets

• Description: We offer early bird tickets for Breaking Out of Egypt at USD 9.99 (regular price USD 14.99), providing access to an exclusive pre-release viewing and additional perks as outlined in our contest rules below. Please note that the film’s release is estimated for April 2026. However, this general projection is subject to change based on production needs.
• Payment: Payments are processed securely via third-party providers (e.g., PayPal, Stripe). You agree to provide accurate billing information and authorize us to charge the listed price, including applicable taxes or fees.
• Availability: Tickets are subject to availability and may sell out. We reserve the right to limit quantities or end the offer without prior notice.

6. Early Bird Ticket Contest Rules

This section governs the promotional Contest tied to early bird ticket purchases (“Contest”). Your participation constitutes agreement to these rules.

• Eligibility: Open to individuals worldwide aged 13+, except where prohibited by law. Employees, contractors, or affiliates of Ahaliba Studio and their immediate families are ineligible.
• Entry Period: Begins [February 25, 2025] and ends when all tickets are sold or on August 24, 2025, whichever comes first, at 11:59 PM Jerusalem Time (JT).
• How to Enter: Purchase an early bird ticket for $9.99 via the Site during the entry period. One ticket equals one entry—no additional purchase increases your chances. As this is a purchase-based promotion, no alternate entry methods (e.g., mail-ins) are available.
• Perks and Prizes:
  1. Discounted Ticket: Immediate savings of $5 off the regular $14.99 price.
  2. Early Access: Stream Breaking Out of Egypt online for seven days before its official release. Our current estimated release is April 2026, meaning early access is projected for approximately [March 25, 2026] to [April 1, 2026]. However, this is an estimate only—delays of up to 10 months (until February 2027) may occur due to production complexities. Access links will be emailed roughly two weeks before the early access period, adjusted to the final release timeline.
  3. Voice Role Lottery: Opt in via the Thank You Page form to enter a drawing for one winner to record a background voice role in Breaking Out of Egypt. The winner announcement is planned for August 25, 2025, but it may change if production timelines shift. Participants will be notified of updates via email.
  4. Supporter Credit: Opt-in via the Thank You Page form to have your name listed in our ‘Early Supporters Appreciation’ post, with potential adjustments based on production progress.
• Release Date Disclaimer: Breaking Out of Egypt’s April 2026 release date is a general expectation based on current planning. Animation production involves numerous variables (e.g., creative revisions, technical challenges), and delays of up to 10 months (until February 2027) are possible. We’ll inform you of any changes via email and [ahalibastudio.com/progress], ensuring transparency as we finalize the film.
• Winner Selection: The voice role winner will be randomly selected from opt-in entries using automated software supervised by Ahaliba Studio. Odds depend on participant numbers. The winner will be contacted via email by [August 26, 2025] (or later if delayed) and must respond within 5 days or forfeit, with an alternate drawn if needed.
• Prize Details: Voice role recording will occur in-studio (Jerusalem) or remotely, scheduled post-announcement once production timelines are firm—delays may push this beyond 2025. Travel costs, if applicable, are not covered. Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and have no cash value.
• Publicity: By opting in, you permit us to use your name, likeness, and voice (if applicable) in promotional materials without compensation unless prohibited by law.
• Verification: We may require proof of identity or eligibility before awarding prizes.

7. Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Ticket Purchases: Early bird tickets are non-refundable except as outlined below, balancing your flexibility with our production commitments:
  • Within 14 Days: You can cancel your purchase within 14 days of purchase for a full refund, provided you haven’t accessed the early viewing link. Email [[email protected]] with your order number.
  • After 14 Days: No refunds unless we cancel the film entirely or fail to provide early access within 10 months of the estimated April 2026 release (i.e., by February 2027). If delayed beyond this, you may request a refund or credit for a future release.
  • Technical Issues: If early access fails due to our error (e.g., broken link), contact us within 48 hours of the access period starting for a resolution (refund or alternate access).
• Contest Cancellation: We may cancel, modify, or suspend the Contest due to unforeseen issues (e.g., technical failures, fraud). If canceled, ticket purchases remain valid for the film’s eventual release (up to February 2027). Still, additional perks may not apply—no further compensation is offered.
• Process: When applicable, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days of approval.

8. Privacy and Data Use

Your personal information (e.g., email, name) collected during ticket purchases or form submissions is governed by our Privacy Policy. We use it to process orders, deliver perks, and communicate updates, including production delays. Opt-in data for the lottery or credit may be publicly displayed as described. 9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ahaliba Studio and its affiliates, employees, or agents are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages from Site use or Contest participation, including lost data, profits, or distress. 10. Disclaimer of Warranties

11. Dispute Resolution

• Governing Law: These Terms and disputes are governed by Israeli law, without regard to conflict of law principles.
• Jurisdiction: Legal actions must be brought exclusively to Jerusalem, Israeli courts. You waive objections to this venue.
• Process: Contact us at [email protected] for informal resolution within 30 days before filing claims. Unresolved disputes proceed to court—no arbitration or class actions permitted.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site or Contest perks if you violate these Terms, engage in fraud, or for operational reasons without notice. Accrued obligations (e.g., ticket purchases) remain enforceable post-termination.

13. Force Majeure

We’re not liable for delays due to events beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, wars, pandemics, technical failures). Delays up to February 2027 for [Movie Title] fall under this clause—we’ll notify you and mitigate impacts.

14. Miscellaneous

• Entire Agreement: These Terms and our Privacy Policy are the full agreement, superseding prior terms.
